SlideyAI provides an AI-powered tool that generates presentation files based on user-provided topics and inputs. You may use the Service for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You must create an account to use SlideyAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared with others.
The Free plan includes 3 presentations per month at no cost. Usage limits are applied per calendar month and reset on the first day of each month.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid plans (when available) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us at presentations@slideyai.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day window, or for accounts that have been suspended due to violations of these terms.
The presentations generated by SlideyAI using your input are yours. You own the content you create with the Service.
The SlideyAI platform, branding, code, and design are owned by SlideyAI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
By submitting content to SlideyAI, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated presentations before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at presentations@slideyai.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
